An acknowledgment of receipt of the taking into account of the request is sent within a maximum period of 48h.

Some quotes may require a longer development time, especially if it involves of older generation equipment. Otherwise, the overall deadline for sending the quote is 48 to 72 hours.

Shipping times are noted on our quotes. In case of delay, the team will notify you by email by giving you a new date.

In the incidence of an eventual trouble, we have set up stocks of spare parts all around the world for a quick response. Spare parts are available at Ceva local offices, and additionally, we put available a special stock in our clients hatcheries.

• Hatchery stock of spare parts includes critical parts and that will be stored at the hatchery. Our service team will evaluate the stock during each client’s visit and re-order if necessary.

• Our service technician will carry a kit of consumables to be changed during service visits according the customer needs.

Spare parts can also be ordered via e-mail, telephone or via the Vaccination Services and Equipment Manager. Optimization of shipments as small components can be ordered separately, to save the cost of buying a complete replacement packs.
